1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of CastCTRL, ClubCast, clubcast.live, and any related software, services, tools, features, content, or applications provided by us. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

CastCTRL is an independent application and is not affiliated with or endorsed by Google or YouTube.

2. Eligibility

You may use our services only if you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement and comply with applicable law. If you use the services on behalf of a business, club, school, or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.

3. Services Provided

CastCTRL and ClubCast provide tools and services that may include live streaming workflow management, overlays, highlights, session control, content organization, media handling, scoring workflows, and integration with third-party platforms and services.

CastCTRL does not host or distribute video streams directly. Instead, it enables users to configure, control, and stream broadcasts to third-party platforms such as YouTube.

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time, with or without notice, where permitted by law.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access some features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Certain features may require payment, subscription, or an active license. Fees, billing periods, renewal terms, and plan details will be presented at the time of purchase or signup. Payments may be processed by third-party providers. You agree to provide valid billing information and authorize applicable charges.

Except where required by law or expressly stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

use the services for unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, or harmful activity;
interfere with platform security, performance, or availability;
upload, stream, or distribute content you do not own or have rights to use;
infringe privacy, publicity, intellectual property, or other rights of any person or entity;
attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, or networks;
reverse engineer, decompile, or exploit the services except where such restriction is prohibited by law; or
use the services to transmit malware, spam, or malicious code.

7. User Content and Responsibility

You retain ownership of content you submit, upload, configure, stream, or manage through our services, subject to any rights needed for us to operate the platform. You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, process, store, transmit, and display your content solely as necessary to provide the services.

You are solely responsible for your content and for ensuring that you have all necessary licenses, permissions, approvals, and consents to use, broadcast, record, or publish it.

8. Third-Party Platforms and Integrations

The services may integrate with third-party platforms such as YouTube, payment providers, or other external tools. Your use of such third-party services is subject to their own terms and policies.

CastCTRL may rely on YouTube and other third-party services for streaming functionality, metadata retrieval, and related broadcast operations. We are not responsible for third-party services, downtime, policy changes, account restrictions, or actions taken by those providers.

9. Intellectual Property

Except for your content, all rights, title, and interest in the services, including software, branding, visual assets, text, logos, workflows, and related materials, are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from our services or materials except as expressly permitted in writing.

10. Availability and Disclaimer

We aim to provide reliable services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation. The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability, except where such disclaimers are not permitted by law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, business opportunity, or service interruption arising out of or related to your use of the services.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the services will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the services during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless ClubCast, CastCTRL, and their affiliates, officers, owners, contractors, and service providers from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your content, your misuse of the services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the services if we believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or liability, failed to pay applicable fees, or engaged in conduct that harms the platform, users, or third parties.

You may stop using the services at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and dispute resolution.

14. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Barbados, without regard to conflict of law principles, unless otherwise required by applicable law.

15. Platform Dependency Disclaimer

CastCTRL relies on third-party platforms, including YouTube, for certain streaming and broadcast-related functionality. We do not control and do not guarantee the availability, performance, reliability, or continued compatibility of those third-party services.

Any disruption, delay, limitation, suspension, or policy enforcement caused by a third-party platform is outside of our control.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised “Last Updated” date. Continued use of the services after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
